The LXK66021 is a high-power, high-gain linear power amplifier for 0.7~1.0GHz frequency band. For 2G/3G/4G  application, the device provides a typical 24dBm linear output power @ ACPR<-45dBc,LTE_20MHz_64QAM. The device is internally matched to 50 Ohms at the input and the output can be easily matched to obtain optimum power.
